"I am a founder and owner of a Serbian luxury haute couture company and a fashion designer, and my company signed a contract with a company in New York regarding the promotion of my brand and sale of my fashion pieces. After the contract was signed I shipped the fashion pieces to the company. Things did not seem right from the very beginning, starting from the company's import obligations, through promotion efforts, to the sales obligations, including the company's attempts to somehow diminish the value of my fashion pieces to their advantage. After 4 months of receiving no results, information or any documentation that I requested, I asked the company to return the fashion items to me and to stop any and all cooperation with them. "I am a founder and owner of a Serbian luxury haute couture company and a fashion designer, and my company signed a contract with a company in New York regarding the promotion of my brand and sale of my fashion pieces. After the contract was signed I shipped the fashion pieces to the company.
